Call for Expression of interest for local consultant firms to work with WHO-Ethiopia

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for local consultant which address the following objectives:

1. Technical Assistance with sourcing and management of professionals and other support staff include recruitment, training, deployment and management of personnel hired
2. Independent Monitoring (IM) of Immunization Activities (Routine, Supplementary or National), Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) and Immunization Coverage Surveys: provide an assessment on performance of vaccination campaigns by independently determining vaccine coverage and validating administrative coverage estimates, identify areas with poor campaign or routine immunization performance for follow-up
3. Operations Research: to inform decision makers on the key decision variables that inform decision makers on implementation of public health intervention programs that WHO- Ethiopia supports to the government of Ethiopia.
4. Capacity Building, such as training and mentoring of health professionals of implementing partners

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
