Item Description:
UNIFIL has a requirement for the establishment of a Long Term Agreement for the supply and delivery of (OEM) water pumps, waste water pumps, parts, air compressors and motor detachable type submersible deep water well pumps and motors to UNIFIL for an initial one year period with an option for an additional one year extension. The goods shall be ordered on “as and when required” basis. The LTA duration shall be for a maximum of two-year period.
Details and specifications shall be provided in the Solicitation documents.
UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise shortly and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement.
To be eligible to participate in the solicitations exercise, vendors are mandatorily required to be registered at level 1 in the UNGM at http://www.ungm.org.
Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal.
Interested companies must complete the Vendor Response Form and return it to the attention of UNIFIL Chief Procurement Officer. Your response must be submitted not later than 04:00 PM Eastern European Time (Local time in Lebanon) on 20 July 2020, via (a) E-mail to unifil-eoi@un.org.
