Item Description:
The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of Printing and Reproduction Services in Bangui, Central African Republic.
MINUSCA will undertake a competitive bidding exercise in due course and accordingly intends to issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) with detailed technical specifications to those companies who express their interest and provide initial relevant information (company profile, references, licenses, etc.) demonstrating their ability to fulfill MINUSCA requirements.
Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid.
MINUSCA reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI does not automatically warrant receipt of the RFP documents.
The expressions of interest should be submitted by email, to the email addresses provided above.
MINUSCA reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline indicated above.

La Mission multidimensionnelle Intégrée des Nations Unies pour la stabilisation en République Centrafricaine (MINUSCA) sollicite l’Expression d’Intérêt (EI) de la part des sociétés spécialisées pour la fourniture des travaux d’impression et de reproduction a Bangui, Republique Centrafricaine.
La MINUSCA lancera un appel d’offres compétitif en temps voulu et entend par conséquent publier une invitation a soumissionner avec des spécifications techniques détaillées aux entreprises qui exprimeront leur intérêt et fourniront des informations generales pertinentes (profil de l’entreprise, références, licences, etc.) démontrant leur capacité à répondre aux exigences de la Minusca.
Cette Demande d’Expression d’Intérêt (DEI) ne constitue pas un Appel d’Offres.
La MINUSCA se réserve le droit de sélectionner les fournisseurs qui seront invités pour l’appel
d’offres sur la base de leurs experiences et competences dans le domaine d’activité. La soumission d’une déclaration d’intérêt ne garantit pas automatiquement la réception de l’invitation a soumissionner.
