Provision of Salesforce Implementation Services

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) was established in 1948 as a specialized agency of the United Nations. The objective of WHO (www.who.int) is the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health. “Health”, as defined in the WHO Constitution, is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. WHO’s main function is to act as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work.

The WHO Secretariat consists of some 8,400 staff at the Organization’s headquarters in Geneva, in the six regional offices and in countries. The Secretariat is headed by the Director-General, who is appointed by the WHA on the nomination of the Executive Board. The head of each regional office is a Regional Director. Regional directors are appointed by the Executive Board in agreement with the relevant regional committee.

Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI)

The WHO invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Salesforce Implementation services.

WHO currently have in place a portfolio of Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with a few partners to provide Salesforce implementation services, and would like to expand the pool of LTA partners in the domain which address the following objectives:

1. Project approach definition and project management execution
2. Business Analysis
3. Solution Design and Architecture
4. Data Modelling
5. Configuration & Development
6. UI/UX support
7. Test Script Development
8. Automation of Test Scripts support
9. Testing and Business Sign-off support
10. Integration Support to WHO systems
11. 3^rd party application selection and implementation (e.g. AmpImpact, GridMate, etc.)
12. Data Analysis and Migration
13. Change Management & Training

The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is to identify and shortlist additional pre-qualified vendors in the above domain. At a later stage and for each new Salesforce implementation project, the pre-qualified vendors will be invited (via a secondary bidding process) to submit a proposal.

Vendors having an existing LTA with WHO for Salesforce services are not required to respond to this Request for Expression of Interest.
