Provision of Escort Vehicle Hire Services

World Food Programme (WFP) is the food assistance agency of the United Nations and the world’s largest humanitarian organization addressing hunger and promoting food security. WFP Kenya, has its Country Office in Nairobi and is currently operational in several locations within the country, namely; Kakuma, Daadab, Mombasa, Isiolo, Marsabit, Garissa, Wajir and Lodwar.

It is anticipated that the Procurement Unit of the United Nations World Food Programme, Kenya will be issuing a tender for the Provision of Escort Vehicle Hire Services for its operations in Turkana County.

WFP Kenya hereby seeks to pre-qualify service providers in Turkana County with experience and capacity for the provision of Escort Vehicle Hire Services in the same. Reputable service providers are encouraged to fill in the attached supplier registration form, which can also be requested by e-mail from Nairobi.Procurement@wfp.org or obtained from WFP Field Office in Lodwar.

Eligible service providers, who meet all the pre-qualification criteria mentioned below, may be invited to participate in the subsequent tender. The tender invitation will be open to any pre-qualified service providers, who will have met WFP’s minimum requirement for vendor registration for provision of the above-mentioned services.
