Rental of Computer Equipment for Workshops in Bonn

The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) secretariat seeks a bidder capable of providing rental of computer equipment and related support for workshops/meetings of different sizes (20 – 200 participants) and durations (1 – 5 days), usually held in Bonn, Germany. Larger conferences may as well take place at any other location world-wide; in such case, the secretariat normally makes separate arrangements for conference equipment and services with the host government. However, this ITB provides that rental of computer equipment and related support may be delivered outside of Bonn, at a location to be determined. Quantities, dates, venues and sizes are all tentative and subject to modification or cancellation.

The UNFCCC secretariat intends to establish a three-year framework contract. Purchase orders for actual requirements will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed in the framework contract.
