Item Description:
The United Nations Regional Service Centre (UN-RSCE), Entebbe, Uganda wishes to establish a Long- Term Contract for the provision of RSCE buildings maintenance services for following specific fields:
- Lot 1: Civil and Plumbing works
- Lot 2: Electrical and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) works
- Lot 3: Fire Protection Systems maintenance works
The vendor shall have valid business/trading license and valid license/permit to operate in Uganda for construction, engineering, or maintenance work all from relevant Ugandan authorities.
The Contract term shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend further for two one- year periods (1+1+1 years) at the sole discretion of RSCE.
The vendor will respond to the REOI indicating the specific any or all of Lot of interest
Women owned companies are encouraged to express interest.
