Mass Email Service

The United Nations (UN) is requesting your Expression of Interest for Mass Email Service.

The service provider shall meet the requirements of delivering mass batches of emails globally to recipients who are within and/or external to the UN, reduce operating costs and improve our reliability and reputation. The UN wishes to obtain best value from mass email service providers in line with the service requirements of individual UN entities.

Email services provide a critical component for the Organization to communicate to disseminate information or distribute knowledge. The recipients of the emails are UN personnel in UN offices globally, members of public, members of media, governments around the world, non-governmental organizations, or institutions. The UN operates and very often in dangerous environments with poor infrastructure.

The requirements shall include the following:
Contact list creation and management of list data.
Integrations required with other applications and websites to send mail directly from them.
Email message customization. Incoming and Outgoing message delivery.
Email analytics.
Audit Trail.
Mobile Applications.
Vendor allows individual UN Secretarial offices to avail the services based on individual requests. Vendor offers controls only to allow emails sent by authorized UN domains.
Vendor describes what procedures will be in place for preventing spamming.
The UN requires security, operations and technical support (24/7/365).
