Item Description:
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online N° AfDB1147-11/16 and AfDB1148-11/16 of November 4th, 2016 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.
Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Limited (CNIC) has received a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) towards the cost of Project of Construction of Infrastructure for the Repair of Oil Rigs Platforms at Limbe and intends to use part of this loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of equipment for workshops (design, supply, and installation).
The General Manager of Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Limited, now invites eligible bidders to submit their offers in sealed envelopes, for the supply of workshop equipment and related services for the eight (8) lots below:
- LOT 1: Workshop Transport and Handing equipment (crane, lifting Equipment and accessories)
- LOT 2: Workshop Transport and handing equipment (Forkift, Lifting Equipment and accessories)
- LOT 3: Workshop Internal machine and Equipment (Bending & straightening; Overhaul dril and spirals)
- LOT 4: Workshop internal machine and Equipment (Cutting)
- LOT 5: Workshop internal machine and Equipment (Welding)
- LOT6: Workshop internal machine and Equipment (Turning Late; Drilling, Milling, Grinding; Melting & Forging; Cleaning,Washing,Pressing, Balancing)
- LOT 7: Workshop internal machine and Equipment (Electrics and instrumentation; Measuring)
- LOT 8: Workshop Internal machine and Equipment: (Furnishing workshop; Tools; Protective/Healthy &Safety equipment; Offices inside workshop)
A tenderer can tender for one or for all the lots.
International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works (May 2008 Edition, Revised July 2012), and, specifically, through “Single Stage” Bidding Procedures.
