Procurement of Different Types of Masks (for Establishment of 12+12+12 Months Long Term Arrangement)

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid. Please see attached the tender document and price proposal template for detailed specifications, requirements and other important details. Kindly note that the template contains 3 worksheets for notes, LOT-1 and LOT-2.

Proposals must be received by latest 17:00hrs on 27/07/2020. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, for the subject tender, exceptionally, electronic submission of the proposals will be accepted. All other provisions of the tender are still valid.

Bidders are requested to send electronic copy of their proposals by email as pdf documents to (turkeyprocurement@unicef.org ) with the tender reference in their email subjects:

Important Notes:

• Please note that this tender is only open for the local suppliers/companies which are legally registered with the Government of Turkey.
• The suppliers are not required to provide samples initially. The firms that are shortlisted at the stage of financial evaluation will be asked to provide samples for all of the supplies on the list at a date that will be specified later.
• All prices must be quoted in American Dollars (USD) excluding TAXES and VAT (Value Added Tax) and must be valid at least for three (3) years and three (3) months from the closing date of the bid.
• Price proposals will be submitted in scanned copies, signed and stamped by using the attached price proposal template. Bid form in the ITB document (page 3) shall be filled in, duly signed and attached to the price proposal.
• All bidders are requested to provide the following documents necessary for vendor evaluation annexed to their proposals. The submission of those documents is essential to assess the validity of the offer and lack of submission will result with invalidation of the offers. Those documents include:

1. A complete copy of your latest audited financial statements with comparative figures for the last 2 years, preferably signed by your company’s accounting firm/ certified external auditor. The financial statements are to include the balance sheet and income statement / profit and loss statement (mandatory).
2. A copy of your company’s certificate of legal registration (mandatory).
3. A copy of your Official list of authorized signatures (mandatory).
4. The company’s UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration number. The bidders are requested to register for, at the very latest, Basic and Level 1 stages. For registration and instructions on how to, bidders are advised to refer to the UNGM website (mandatory): http://www.ungm.org/RegistrationProcess
