Purchase of Toyota Vehicles

Item Description:

The World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers for purchase of Toyota Vehicles for use of MOH Amman, Jordan, as per the specifications under the attached Annex A.

CLOSING DATE: Saturday, 15 August 2020 at 23:59 (Cairo local time).

QUERIES: A prospective bidder requiring any technical or commercial matters may submit his question via UNGM “Correspondence” tab, no later than 6 August 2020.

ITEMS NEEDED: • As per the attached (ANNEX A – Requirement sheet).

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: • Must comply with the requirements under (ANNEX B) and must be in accordance with the instructions contained in this invitation. • Offers must be submitted in the attached excel sheet format. Please add full technical details as annexes. • Please login to UNGM (https://www.ungm.org), continue following the guidance until you express your interest to this bid. Then, you will be transferred to WHO’s e-tendering system to be able to collect the bidding documents and access your tender opportunity. • All offers should be submitted in UNGM website before the above-mentioned closing date. • Please send any queries related to this bid, to the above e-mail. • Any order resulting from this invitation shall contain WHO’s General Terms and Conditions (ANNEX C) and any other specific terms or conditions detailed within this invitation.

INCOTERMS: • DAP (Delivery at Place), WHO Amman, Jordan. Or • FCA nearest port (to be specified) SELECTION/AWARD CRITERIA • Offers with lowest price and meeting the required criteria will be considered. • Only 2020 or 2021 models will be accepted.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA • Only offers for the requested model and matching the requested specifications will be considered. • Offers with deliveries of more than 12 weeks will be excluded.
