1. The Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of MFF Power Transmission Investment Program, Tranche 3, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The Southern Vietnam Power Projects Management Board (SPMB) under the authorization of National Power Transmission Coporation (EVNNPT), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of 500kV Duc Hoa Substation and Connections.
The contract will be completed in 540 days.
