Consultancy services to support clean energy transitions

Item Description:

The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders towards engaging one or several intellectual service/data providers to support the International Energy Agency’s expanding portfolio of work on clean energy transitions under the Clean Energy Transitions Programme.

This Call for Tenders is divided into two distinctive Lots, each corresponding to a subject area:

• Lot 1 – Energy Efficiency
• Lot 2 – Clean Energy

The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is Thursday August 27 ,2020, 8:00p.m (Paris time).

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement process. Interested candidates should register on the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres afin de signer un contrat avec un ou plusieurs fournisseurs de services / données intellectuels pour aider l’Agence internationale de l’énergie à agrandir son  portefeuille de travaux sur les transitions énergétiques propres dans le cadre du Programme de transition énergétique propre.

Cet appel d’offres est divisé en deux lots distincts, chacun correspondant à un domaine:

• Lot 1 – Efficacité énergétique
• Lot 2 – Énergie propre

La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au jeudi 27 août 2020, à 20h00 (heure de Paris).

L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
