Provision of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform Software (Salesforce)

It is anticipated that the United Nations Procurement Division will shortly be issuing a solicitation on the above requirement. In this regard, the United Nations Procurement Division is seeking expression of interest (EOI) from qualified firms, which may lead to establish a Contract.

The detailed scope of requirement will be provided in the solicitation document, which will be sent out to all vendors responding to this EOI. No further detail can be made available prior to the issuance of the solicitation.

Please also note that this request does not constitute a solicitation. The Procurement Division reserves the right to change or cancel this request at any time. It should be noted that by submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee or obligate the UN to invite any particular company to participate in the subsequent bidding process. Only those prospective companies that are deemed qualified by UN upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission to the EOI will be invited to participate in any subsequent tender exercise.
