Paper cutting system for the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG)

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) serves as the representative office of the Secretary-General at Geneva. A focal point for multilateral diplomacy, UNOG services more than 8,000 meetings every year, making it one of the busiest conference centres in the world. With more than 1,600 staff, it is the biggest duty stations outside of United Nations headquarters in New York.

The Printing Section (PS) is part of the Division of Conference Management at UNOG. The PS provides design and print services to United Nations clients based at the Palais de Nations and in the wider International-Geneva area.

The PS would like to purchase a newly manufactured paper cutting system for the cutting of paper and of printed materials from digital and offset printing machines. UNOG prefers to work directly with a machine manufacturer or authorized dealer/re-seller that can provide the appropriate delivery, installation, support and maintenance.

Paper cutting system technical specifications:
Ability to offer a cost-effective solution tailored to UNOG Printing Section’s specific needs regarding the cutting of paper and of digital and offset printed materials.
