Refurbishment of the Interior and Façade of UNECLAC Port of Spain Office

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations (ECLAC) seeks companies with local representation in Trinidad and Tobago, with at least 5 years of experience in the field and with technical and financial capacity to participate in the bidding process for the Refurbishment of the Interior and Façade of UNECLAC’s Premises, located in the city of Port of Spain.

ECLAC will entrust the Contractor with the provision of a staff with verifiable experience to carry out civil works, aluminum carpentry, wiring, low voltage networks and lighting, VRF systems for air conditioning installation, partitions and finishes, within the ECLAC facilities, in accordance with the specifications of the service and summary of requirements specified by ECLAC.

The general coordination of the services will be the responsibility of the Chief of Maintenance, who belongs to the Facilities Management Unit of ECLAC.
