Item Description:
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) now invites proposals for the Project (RFP). The Global Fund is seeking to form a pool of pre-qualified suppliers on a non-exclusive basis under individual Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC) to be available to cover the need for the Project services in more than 13 countries, mostly in a challenging and low capacity context. The IQCs would be for a term of six (6) years starting from 1 January 2021.
The selection of providers for the Project services and the subsequent assignment of specific country/grant mandates will be implemented in two separate stages as follows, with this RFP being the first stage:
- Stage 1: The Global Fund issues an RFP to solicit the bids of qualified service providers to form a pool of pre-qualified suppliers under IQCs to deliver the Project’s services; this RFP is part of this Stage; and,
- Stage 2: After the completion of Stage 1 and the formation of the pool of pre-qualified suppliers, the Global Fund issues individual requests to the pool for them to propose for delivering the Project services for specific countries/grants for the applicable grant implementation period (i.e., 2.5 to 3 years).
This RFP invites interested suppliers to bid for pre-qualification and the award of individual IQCs. This RFP includes all applicable attachments and references.
