Item Description:

The European Training Foundation (ETF) is a European Union agency that helps transition and developing countries harness the potential of their human capital through the reform of education, training and labour market systems, and in the context of the EU’s external relations policy.

The ETF has been operational since 1994 in Turin, Italy and employs about 130 staff. It receives around €20 million per year from the EU budget and works with partner countries in South Eastern Europe and Turkey, the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean, the Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, and Russia.

Given the subject of the contract, participation in this procurement procedure is open to all natural and legal persons that are established (domicile or headquarters respectively) in the EU, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein and to international organisations.

ETF’s only premise is located at Villa Gualino, Viale Settimio Severo, 65, 10133 Turin Italy.

Objective of this tender

The ETF is planning to award contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure for the following:

• Lot 1 – Internet services and Internet Services and Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams
• Lot 2 – Mobile Services (Voice and Data)
