Quality Promotional Items for the Delegation of the European Union to the United States of America

Item Description:

The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to United States of America (‘the contracting authority’) (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Scope

The objective is to conclude a framework supply contract with a supplier offering a wide variety of quality promotional items.

The contractor will provide the contracting authority with a wide variety of quality promotional materials. The contracting authority organizes many public events throughout the year as part of its public diplomacy outreach. Some are smaller events such as conferences and seminars with 50 or 100 people while others are larger events such as an annual EU Open House with approximately 30 000 visitors. For this reason, the contracting authority needs to purchase promotional products on a regular basis.
