The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

India (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of Odisha Skill Development Project (OSDP). Part of this financing will be used for payments for the contract named below. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”), a Government of Odisha undertaking, represented by its Chief Executive Officer, invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Equipment and Goods for World Skill Centre at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India and Procurement of Equipment and Goods for upgradation of 4 ITIs, namely ITI Bhubaneswar, ITI Puri, ITI Cuttack and ITI Berhampur (the “Goods”).
