Objective of this tender

This tender aims to enhance the overall quality of the European Road Safety Charter’s implementation and strengthen the Charter as knowledge and networking platform. In particular, the tender aims to seek a contractor to manage and promote the European Road Safety Charter, by increasing awareness of the Charter and supporting its uptake by relevant actors in the road safety community; managing existing membership and encouraging potential new members to sign up to the Charter and to share good practices in the field of road safety; identifying and highlighting best practices to be used widely by road safety actors; creating and managing a network of national relays to decentralise promotion and community-building at national level; realising events and promotional activities, as well as managing and further developing the Charter portal.
