Provision of IT Small Equipment

Item Description:

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is currently issuing this ITB in order to establish a maximum three or less long-term agreements (LTAs) for a period of three years with an option for renewal at the discretion of the Organization up to a maximum aggregated of five years. The LTAs are contracts that establish prescribed unit prices or pricing/commercial provisions for a defined period of time for specific orders that will be issued against those LTAs for pre-selected goods or services, but without legal obligation to order any minimum or maximum quantity (on the basis if and when required).

As the result of this ITB the established LTAs will have pre-selected generic items and indicative costs inclusive of the costs of delivery within Metropolitan Area of Rome in accordance with the conditions set below.

IFAD will have an option to order any pre-selected items from the established list from any LTAs holder upon confirmation of the costs, availability and delivery timeline compliance. The relevant Purchase Order (PO – order) will be issued accordingly to the relevant LTA Contractor.

Vendors are invited to submit a written proposal as set out in the attached instructions (see also document “0. IFAD 2020 011 RFP Instructions on how to access documents”).
