Item Description:

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics, Luxembourg, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the contracting authority’) is considering awarding the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the letter of invitation to tender, the draft contract, the tender specifications, and the annexes thereto. Objective of the tender

This contract is for the performance of a complete integrated service comprising all or part of the following services: Line item 1: Luxembourg. Line item 2: Brussels.— provision and management of an online electronic ordering system and catalogue;— delivery of the ordered products;— various associated services such as a ‘Helpdesk’ type technical assistance service, commercial support, training services, or the customisation of certain products.
