Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Government of Mongolia has received a financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Regional Improvement of Border Services Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Finance (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for supply of goods under package “G4.2: Second Phase CAIS (Customs Automated Information System) Equipment Upgrade” including:
- Servers and Network Equipment;
- Backup Appliances;
- Information Exchange platform
- Business Intelligence Tool
- Database Enterprise Edition
- Tablet mobile devices; and
- Unlimited Power Supply (UPS)
Detailed specification of goods are provided in the Section 6 of the Bidding Document.
Expected Delivery period will be 3 months from the date of signing the contract.
International competitive bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
