The European Medicines Agency (EMA), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Description

The Agency considers that it may require the provision of independent professional insurance brokerage services. As a requirement applicable to procurement procedures, the Agency is undertaking an open tender procedure for the award of a contract for a professional insurance broker to advise on, and arrange placement and/or renewal of, a range of insurances. The Agency will appoint the selected professional insurance broker for a total period of 4 years (initial period of 12 months, to be renewed automatically three times for 12 months each), following the conclusion of this call for tenders.
