Supply of computers

Item Description:

The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, for supply, delivery and assembly of computers on the Organization’s sites in the Paris region. (and on rare case a delivery abroad on quote).

This call for tenders is divided into 2 lots:

• Lot 1: Desktop computer
• Lot 2: Laptop

Supply of computers

The deadline to submit an offer is Thursday 3^th December 2020, 2pm (Paris time).

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs fournisseur(s) pour signer un contrat-cadre de fourniture, livraison et montage d’ordinateur sur les sites de l’Organisation en région parisienne (et en de rares occasions une livraison à l’étranger sur devis).

Cet appel d’offres est décomposé en 2 lots distincts :

• Lot 1 : Ordinateur de bureau
• Lot 2 : Ordinateur portable

La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au jeudi 3 décembre 2020 à 14h00 (heure de Paris).

L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
