Item Description:

The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(s), and the draft contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Purpose of this procurement

The purpose of this procurement is to acquire Telecommunications services and equipment for fixed and mobile communications, in Portugal and abroad in roaming, and equipment for fixed and mobile communications.

The objective is to conclude a Framework Contract covering the needs of voice and data communications and associated consultancy, management and operations services for the Agency, and for any other Agency or Institutions hosted in EMSA premises or with whom EMSA has an agreement for service sharing.

Voice and unified communications services and equipment

EMSA requires both fixed and mobile telephony services and equipment for voice communications.

The tenderer shall provide a detailed description of the services and equipment offered. The bid shall contain as a minimum the following:

• Fixed telephony services and equipment for EMSA premises in Lisbon. This service must be operational by 1 March 2021 at the latest;
• Mobile telephony and data services and equipment;
• Consultancy, integration and managed services related to voice communications and unified communications.
