The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Basic Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth in the Northeastern Provinces Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Project Management Unit of Cao Bang Province – Department of Planning and Investment invites e-bids from eligible Bidders for the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Provincial road 206 (Dam Thuy commune, Trung Khanh district) – Ly Van border gate (Ly Quoc commune, Ha Lang district), Cao Bang province.
The contract will be completed in 24 months.
National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
