SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW TRAFFIC SIGNALLING EQUIPMENT ON A 5 YEAR (3+1+1) SYSTEMS CONTRACT

Item Description:

The Purchase and Transportation Section (PTS) of United Nations Offices at Geneva (UNOG) on behalf of Security and Safety Section (SSS) is seeking for competent, experienced and interested companies to supply and deliver Traffic Signalling Equipment for a 5 year (3+1+1) systems contract. The traffic signalling items to be supplied consist of the following equipment: – Markup tape rolls; traffic cones; polyethylene chains; covers for barriers; reflective safety vests; barricades fillable w/th water/sand; various panels (e.g stop, obstacle to circumvent the right, etc); sign stands/tripod; portable poles steel and plastic including base; information board for poles; ground LED lights, safety gloves. The selected vendor(s) will supply the required items on a 5 (3+1+1) year systems contract; precisely 3-year base contract(s) with an option to extend the contract (s) for 2 additional 1-year periods. The delivery locations will be clearly specified in the tender documents and therefore interested companies must have the experience and capability to supply on a long term contract. UNOG does not commit itself on the number of quantities per year but the required items will be listed in the tender documents. Please note that this request for expression of interest does amount to a solicitation and UNOG has the liberty to issue the solicitation or cancel the requirement. Eligible companies will be issued with solicitation documents detailing all the items to be delivered and the evaluation criteria for selecting the eligible companies.
