Item Description:

The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders towards engaging one or several data providers to provide the data below and related rights and services to the International Energy Agency;

This Call for Tenders is divided into three distinctive Lots:

• Lot 1 – Crude Oil Shipping Data
• Lot 2 – Oil Products Shipping Data
• Lot 3 – Oil Storage Data

The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is January 8, 2021, 8:00 PM (UTC +1)

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement process. Interested candidates should register on the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres afin d’engager un ou plusieurs fournisseurs de données afin de fournir à l’Agence Internationale de l’Énergie les données ci-dessous ainsi que les droits et services liés.

Cet appel d’offres est divisé en trois lots distincts:

• Lot 1 – Données d’expédition de pétrole brut
• Lot 2 – Données d’expédition de produits pétroliers
• Lot 3 – Données de stockage de pétrole

La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au 8 janvier 2021, à 20h00 (UTC +1)

L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
