    Item Description:

    This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (http://www.ebrd.com) on 09/11/2020.

    The National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water (“L’Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable”or “ONEE”), here in after referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Installation of a remote management system between the booster station of Meski and the loading tank (RMC3) of Aoufous.

    Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.

    To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

    • The tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least One Million Two Hundred Thousand Moroccan Dirhams excluding tax (1.200.000,00 MAD), which is the total of effected payments received for on-going and / or completed contracts during the three (03) years (2016-2017-2018).
    • Experience as principal contractor in the context of at least one (1) contracts of similar work type and nature in the past ten (10) years that include:

    Installation works of a remote management or automation system between two stations and/or between a station and a drinking water tank

    The tender documents can be downloaded from the public procurement portal at: https://www.marchespublics.gov.ma.

    All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Nine-Ten Thousand Two Hundred Moroccan Dirhams (19.200, 00 MAD) or its equivalent in a convertible currency.

    Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before Wednesday 20 JANUARY 2021 at 9H30(local time), at which time they will be opened in the presence of tender’s representatives who choose to attend.

    Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the opening on Wednesday 20 JANUARY 2021    at 10H00 (local time) at the address below.
