Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) is looking for the Design, Development & Deployment of the Policy Hub Platform for the Office of Director General (ODG), for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Vendors/Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the project: ODG Policy Hub Platform. More details on the services are provided in the attached Section I – Services Requirements.
For all questions on the services required and technical specification you can contact directly with Laura AMADORI (lamadori@iom.int). Administration, contract and financial proposals must not be discussed at this stage.
The Vendor /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality-Cost Based Selection procedure described in this RFP.
The RFP includes the following documents:
- Section I: Terms of Reference – Services Requirements
- Section II: Instructions to Vendors/Consulting Firms
- Section III: Technical Proposal – Standard Forms
- Section IV: Financial Proposal – Standard Forms
- Section V: IOM Pro-forma Contract – Standard Template
The Proposals must be delivered by hand, courier or through email to IOM at the below office address and contact details:

Vendors/Service providers must submit their proposals in writing. Proposals must be submitted no later
than 13th December 2020 and shall present information of the Technical and Financial Proposal.
Technical and Financial proposal should be submitted in separate files. Technical proposal should not contain, neither explain, any financial details. Financial details should be part only of the financial proposal.
Proposals submitted after the closing date or that do not meet the criteria established in the current RFP will not be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers / Consulting Firms.
