Provision of Cisco Hardware, Software Maintenance and Support Services

Item Description:

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Cisco Hardware, Software Maintenance and Support Services. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified firms.

Summary Scope of Work

The ICC is interested to renew its Cisco® SMARTnet™ maintenance service. At the same time the ICC would like to have as a preferred partner during the agreement, the winner of this RFP for the following provision of hardware, software, licenses and services:

1. All future procurement of Cisco® SMARTnet™ cover for hardware, software patches and application support that may be deployed during the defined contract period. The duration of the maintenance cover shall be for the standard period/s issued by the manufacturer and as directed by ICC in the purchase order;
2. Renewals of Cisco® SMARTnet™ cover for hardware, software patches and application support that would have been procured during the contract term;
3. Renewals of existing Cisco® SMARTnet™ contracts that ICC  has entered into with other suppliers and that expire within different intervals throughout their contact term. At the discretion of ICC, these can be renewed with the selected tenderer following their expiry date and transferred to the consolidated framework agreement;
4. Non-exclusive provision of Cisco Hardware, Software, Licenses, Maintenance and support;
5. Non-Exclusive training and consultancy Services for Cisco Networking related projects.

The agreement shall be entered into for a multi-year period (3 Years). The agreement may be extended at the request of the contract-issuing party by a maximum of twice one (1) year.

The detailed specifics will be given under the Request for Proposal (RFP) document(s) that will be sent to the companies who respond to this EOI.
