Request for Expressions of Interest for Humanitarian and Relief Items Suppliers

The United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot (UNHRD), managed by the United Nations World Food Programme, based in Panama, invites qualified and competent suppliers, to express their interest in becoming part of their supplier roster for humanitarian and relief items.

Interested companies should register in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) website, no later than September 21, 2018: http://www.ungm.org, and respond to the notice EOI-UNHRD-PAN01-18. It is imperative to ensure all required fields are filled out in order to be considered. Simultaneously, a survey must be filled out at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/73WVGJ7

For this Expression of Interest, the targeted humanitarian and relief items are (but not limited to): tarpaulin sheets, rolls of plastic sheeting, hygiene kits, buckets, jerry cans, blankets, mattresses, chlorine, water purifying tablets, tents, and mosquito nets. Take into account that an Expression of Interest is not a request for proposal or bid, nor is it a contract commitment. UNHRD will verify all the submitted information, and contact the shortlisted companies to indicate the following steps in becoming a supplier in the roster, as well as explain the bidding process, and the contract terms and conditions for future tenders.
