Item Description:
The Global Fund invites potential suppliers to submit technical proposals to support, as technical assistance (TA) providers, the Human Resources for Health (HRH) and Quality Improvement (QI) Component of the Service Delivery Innovations (SDI) Strategic Initiative (2020-2022 funding cycle), in the following category:
- HRH planning sub-component: Provide TA for 3 years to improve access to care through strategic health workforce planning, including for community health workers (CHWs), in underserved areas by:
- Engaging with multiple stakeholders to decide which analytics are needed for HRH policy and planning,
- Collecting and analyzing the related data,
- Facilitating HRH policy dialog and planning,
- Assisting in the operationalization of the plan, and
- Strengthening Ministry of Health (MoH) capacity for HRH policy and planning for all the above steps.
The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to select a TA provider who can support implementation for HRH Planning in five countries from April 2021 to December 2023.
