Supply of IT and Laboratory Equipment for Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH

Item Description:

The Mission of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) is to take forward the EU’s neighbourhood and enlargement policies, as well as coordinating relations with EEA-EFTA countries insofar as Commission policies are concerned. DG NEAR works closely with the European External Action Service and the line DGs in charge of thematic priorities.

By implementing assistance actions in Europe’s eastern and southern neighbourhood, DG NEAR supports reform and democratic consolidation, and strengthens the prosperity, stability and security around Europe. DG NEAR helps to promote EU values, policies and interests in this region, and to contribute to developing the special relationship of the EU with its neighbouring countries.

Subject of the contract

The subject of this contract is the Supply of IT and laboratory equipment for the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina aimed towards the upgrade of the entire IT platform of the institution in order to ensure interoperability of IT systems of the Indirect Taxation Authority with the EU VAT Information Exchange System and the EU transit system and to further improve capacity of customs laboratory of BIH.

• Lot 10: Optical Laboratory Instruments: Optical laboratory instruments, instruments for fuel testing and taking samples.
• Lot 11: QMS and Laboratory Information Management: QMS and Laboratory Information Management System – Software.Quality management system and laboratory information management system solution software.
