Consulting Firm for the Material Master Data Restructuring Project

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire a Consulting Firm for the Material Master Data Restructuring Project for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites Consulting Firms to obtain complete RFP tender documentation by sending an email to the addresses indicated below and submit Technical and Financial Proposals for the following Services: Material Master Data Restructuring. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality–Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The RFP includes the following documents:

• Section II. Technical Proposal – Standard Forms
• Section III. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms
• Section IV. Terms of Reference
• Section V. Standard Form of Contract

The Proposals can be delivered through mail to IOM with office address at IOM Headquarters, Route des Morillons 17, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Geneva, Switzerland on or before 17th October 2018. Proposals can also be emailed to PSD@iom.int and GPSU@iom.int copying hyang@iom.int and mpartosa@iom.int. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Consulting Firms.
