Procurement of set of materials for drip irrigation systems to various destinations of the Kyrgyz Republic

Item Description:

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the Procurement of set of materials for drip irrigation systems to various destinations within the Kyrgyz Republic.

• Set of materials for drip irrigation systems including installations:
  • Lot1:Set of materials for drip irrigation systems for pilot villages within the UNJP/KYR/013/UNJ project
  • Lot2: Set of materials for drip irrigation systems for pilot aiyl aimaks within the GCP/KYR/010/GFF project
  • Lot3: Set of materials for drip irrigation systems for pilot schools within the GCP/GLO/674/RUS project
• Delivery Times: Within 5 weeks after issuance of FAO Purchase order.
• Destination country/countries – various locations of Issykul, Naryn, Chui, Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken oblasts of the Kyrgyz Republic on DAP Incoterms 2010 basis.

If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org).

Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached below; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid.

Requirements / documents:

a) Registration on the United Nations Global Market (UNGM);
b) Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);
c) Duly Accomplished Technical Specifications Form as provided in Appendix “I”.
d) Duly Accomplished Financial proposal form as provided in Appendix “II”
e) Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “III”
f) Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSLATIONS OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS IN ENGLISH IS OFFICIAL AND MANDATORY FOR COMPLETION, AND THE TRANSLATION OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS INTO RUSSIAN IS UNOFFICIAL AND PROVIDED ONLY FOR CONVENIENCE AND TO ENSURE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS BY THE BIDDERS.

Offers will only be accepted if submitted through the UNGM Portal. 
Offers not submitted through the UNGM Portal will be invalidated.
