Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders towards engaging, on behalf of the International Energy Agency (IEA), one or several intellectual service/data providers to support the IEA’s expanding portfolio of work on climate mitigation scenarios and their implications for the interactions between the energy system and sustainable development goals.
This Call for Tender is divided into two Lots:
- Lot 1 – Modelling air pollution and associated health impacts based on World Energy Outlook (WEO) scenarios
- Lot 2 – Modelling GHG emissions from AFOLU based on WEO scenarios
The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is March 26, 2021, 8:00 PM (UTC +1)
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement process. Interested candidates should register on the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres, au nom de l’Agence Internationale de l’Énergie (AIE), afin d’engager un ou plusieurs fournisseurs de services/données intellectuel(le)s pour aider l’AIE à travailler sur des scénarios pour réduire l’impact climatique, et leurs conséquences sur les interactions entre le système énergétique et les objectifs de développement durable.
Cet appel d’offres est divisé en deux lots :
- Lot 1 – Modélisation de la pollution atmosphérique et des impacts sanitaires associés sur la base de scénarios World Energy Outlook (WEO)
- Lot 2 – Modélisation des émissions de GES de l’AFOLU sur la base de scénarios WEO
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au 26 mars 2021, à 20h00 (TU +1).
