Provision of Web Content Delivery, Optimization and Security Services to UNICEF

Item Description:

This Request for Proposal for Services (“RFPS”) is issued by UNICEF to invite interested and qualified companies to prepare and submit written proposals for the provision of web content caching, optimization /acceleration of websites as outlined in the RFPS and its Annexes.

The  RFPS consists of the RFPS document and the following Annexes.

ANNEX A –  UNICEF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACTS;

Annex B- TOR for Web Content Delivery, Optimization and Security Services

Appendix B1-Technical evaluation criteria

Appendix B2- Client reference information sheet

Appendix B3 – Vendor self-check list

Annex C- Declaration by vendor and disclosure

Annex D- Pricing Schedule-Instructions and Pricing tables

Note: RFPS texts and documents shall not be amended by the bidders, unless specifically requested so by UNICEF. Forms/templates to be completed by the Proposers as part of their response to this RFPS. Proposers may fill in and expand as needed only the fields in the latter Annexes that are designated for Proposer’s response; the rest of the columns/texts in the Annexes shall not be amended. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to disqualification of the Proposal.
