Provision of Systems Administration Services in Rome

Item Description:

The United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC) invites you to submit a proposal for the provision of Systems Administration Services in Rome.

The RFP consists of the following annexes:

• Annex I – TOR Systems Administration Services in Rome (for more details)
• Annex II – Financial summary (to complete)
• Annex III – RFP Question Template (to complete if you have any questions related to the RFP)
• Annex IV – Self Declaration Form (to be signed)
• Annex V – UNICC General Conditions (to acknowledge and accept)

If you are interested in participating in the RFP, please confirm by return email to procurement@unicc.org with Reference Number UNICC RFP-2021-003 PR-000079 and the name of your company in your email subject.

Any questions concerning the RFP must be addressed in one email only (i.e., bidders can only submit one set of questions one time) using the Annex III – Question-Answer excel summary to procurement@unicc.org no later than COB Thursday, 11 March 2021.

Please submit two separate proposals for the technical and financial responses in one email to procurement@unicc.org by the latest COB Friday, 26 March 2021 and again, the email subject must mention Reference Number UNICC RFP-2021-003 PR-000079 with the name of your company.

Replies must be submitted in strict accordance with the requirements and time frames given in the RFP in order to be considered for further technical and financial assessments.
