Item Description:
The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) wishes to invite bids from experienced companies for the Provision of Internet Based Network Solution Services at the African Development Bank Office in Luanda, Angola.
The Bank is a regional multilateral development institution, established to promote the economic and social development of its regional member countries by mobilizing resources for the financing of projects and programs.
The Request for Proposal document may be obtained by sending a request to : tenders_coao@afdb.org.
Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, list of which is provided at http://www.afdb.org.- https://www.afdb.org/en/countries/
Evaluation will be conducted according to the criteria published in the Request for Proposal included in the website of the Bank such as experience not less than three years and experience of the personnel who will handle the account if awarded the contract and a minimum turnover of not less that AOA 100,000,000.
The best technically evaluated bidder with the lowest price will be considered for award
