Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), (OCBI) method as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Framework dated October, 2015, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 2,000.00 MZN. The method of payment will be by bank deposit at BCI, GREPOC’s account number 21046255010001; NIB: 000800001046255010113; Swift code: CGDIMZMA. The document will be sent by Email.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th April, 2021, by 09:30 a.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on the 20th April, 2021, by 09:40 a.m.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 10,500.00 (Ten Thousand and Five Hundred US Dollars)

Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
