Framework Contract on Provision for Medical Services

Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, on behalf of the European Labour Authority (referred to below as the contracting authority), is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Objective of the contract

The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework contract in two lots for the provision for a medical centre and a medical advisor for the ELA — European Labour Authority and the Representation of the European Commission in Slovakia.

Lot 1: EMPL/2021/OP/0005 — Medical Centre

Framework contract for the provision of a medical centre to perform pre-employment medical examination and annual medical test.

Lot 2: EMPL/2021/OP/0005 — Medical Advisor

Framework contract for the provision of services of a medical advisor for analysis of results of pre-employment examination for future staff, analysis of results of annual medical tests for existing staff members, assistance to the contracting authority in the verification of staff absences due to sickness and other services in relation to preventive and occupational health care.
