Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Royal Government of Cambodia has received a loan and grant from the ADB toward the cost of Third Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Services Development Program (TRWSS-SDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan and grant to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Rural Development (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Installation of 6 Air to Water Generation Units and Construction of 6 Solar Panel Systems.
Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
