Item Description:

UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Office and Thailand Country Office wish to purchase Audio-Visual Equipment with installation service to the office meeting room and huddle room at UNICEF offices on Pra-Athit Rd, with reference to LITB-2019-9147955 enclosed.

The LITB document consist of:

The closing date of bid submission is on  25 April 2019 at 23:59 hrs Bangkok Time.   The public opening is on 26 April 2019 at 10.30 am at UNICEF temporary office at Q House Convent Building – at Focus room # 1 – 9th F/l, map enclosed.  You’re most welcome to attend the bid opening at the date and time advised.

Bid Form, Financial Template and technical specification/product catalogue must be submitted to supplybangkok@unicef.org ONLY.   Offers sent to other UNICEF email address than the designated and after the closing date will not be considered.
