Item Description:
The European Commission, Directorate-General for Joint Research Centre, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
There are several buildings on the JRC Petten site and at the club house in Bergen of which the roofs and additionally in particular installations, must be maintained. The installations, systems and systems with services included in the scope of this tender are the following:
- Cleaning of the roofs from waste, shells, debris, dust, bird waste & nesting remains (par. 13.1 Technical Specifications)
- Rainwater collection and piping system (par. 13.2 Technical Specifications)
- Water proofing membranes and bitumen (par. 13.3 Technical Specifications)
- Skylights (par. 13.4 Technical Specifications)
- External access ladders (par. 13.5 Technical Specifications).
- Safe lines (anti fall arrest systems) (par. 13.6 Technical Specifications)
- Balustrades, safety rails (par. 13.7 Technical Specifications)
