Digital Workplace Initiative Services

As the future of work evolves to be more digital, the Global Fund is committed to preparing its employees to meet this change. The Digital Workplace Initiatives provides this support via four core areas:

• Leveraging a portfolio of digital solutions: primarily Microsoft 365 and other communication, collaboration, and productivity applications. Digital Workplace does not manage enterprise level applications (i.e. Salesforce, Oracle).
• Advisory Support Services providing expert guidance on which tool to use when and developing small scale solutions to improve routine activities.
• Leading feature campaigns aimed at promoting digital best practices and improving the organization’s overall digital literacy and capacities.
• Serving as a collaborative partner for organizational initiatives which have a digital component for example “The Future of Work”.

The Digital Workplace Initiative provides support and guidance directly to the end user and is committed to making technologies accessible and understandable to all users. We are committed to the open sharing of knowledge, using existing solutions where possible and not only providing our end users with the tools, but also with the support and skills they need to get the most out of our digital workplace.

The Digital Workplace Initiative is a front facing project team that collaborates closely with other IT teams (key partners: Shared Services & Collaborative Solutions , Business Partnering, Infrastructure, Security and Data Analytics) as well as organizational units from across the organization.
