Procurement of Design, Supply, Installation and Operation of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) in five (5) Water Supply and Sanitation Systems (Lalbandi_Sarlahi, Nirmalpokhari_Kaski, Kawasoti_Nawalpur, Sitalpati_Salyan and Tikapur_Kailali)

Invitation for Bids

The Government of Nepal has received a financing from the ADB toward the cost of Urban Water Supply and Sanitation (Sector) Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Project Management Office, Urban Water Supply and Sanitation (Sector) Project (UWSSP), Department of Water Supply and Sewerage Management, Ministry of Water Supply (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, Supply, Installation and Operation of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) in five (5) Water Supply and Sanitation System (“the Facilities”). The Works mainly comprises the following works as described hereunder:

Lalbandi_Sarlahi, Nirmalpokhari_Kaski, Kawasoti_Nawalpur, Sitalpati_Salyan and Tikapur_Kailali: Automation of Bore Well Pumping Station, Automation of Pumping station/OHT Pumping Station, Surge Protection System, Reservoir Management System, Outlet Management System, Village Transfer Chambers, Air Management System, O/M for 2 years including software and other associated works.

Open competitive bidding (OCB) with international advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
