Item Description:

Supply of Specialized Vehicles and Associated Equipment:

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice 8424-GPN-47396 for this project which was published at 6 October 2016 on the web site of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – http://www.ebrd.com.

State Communal Enterprise Kostanay Heat and Power Company, hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Kostanay District Heating Project.

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from the suppliers for the following contracts, Supply of Specialized Vehicles and Associated Equipment to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:

Lot 1: KoDHP-12-1 – Supply of Excavator;
Lot 2: KoDHP-12-2 – Supply of Tractor-crane;
Lot 3 : KoDHP-12-3 – Supply of High-sided dump truck;
Lot 4: KoDHP-12-4 – Supply of Dump body truck;
Lot 5: KoDHP-12-5 – Supply of Road roller with a trailer;
Lot 6: KoDHP-12-6 – Supply of Minibus;
Lot 7: KoDHP-12-7 – Supply of Multipurpose loader crane

The Project is implemented on the territory of Kostanay City of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

These contracts include supply of Specialized Vehicles and Associated Equipment according to the Requirements.

Tenders are invited for one or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders.

The estimated completion time under contracts is 6 months:

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank’s loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before or before 15:00 (local time)
1 February 2017, at which time they will be opened in the presence of those tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
